LEADERSHIP GOAL
The Leadership Team here at IDC will develop a plan that will identify and deliver the regular resourcing and training required by leaders/ministry heads. This team will ensure that each ministry head and team leader provides appropriate and timely spiritual, emotional and practical pastoral care to ensure that IDC serves as a “Beacon of Light” to its members and community at large ensuring that God will get the honor and glory from IDC.
